For Will Sutor, practicing law is something he started thinking about at an early age. His grandfather worked as the City Attorney in Springfield, Minnesota, as well as owning his own private practice. Even though Will never had the chance to meet his grandfather, he still had a profound influence on Will’s interest in joining the field of law. Carrying on the family tradition of excellence is what makes Will most proud as a practicing attorney.
Will began working as a Personal Injury attorney at The Law Offices of Bruce E. Goldstein in the summer of 2011 and was a partner at Goldstein & Sutor from 2012-2016. During those years Will exclusively focused his practice in representing personal injury victims. His experience includes accidents involving cars, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, semi-trucks and pedestrians; as well as dog bites, slips and falls, and wrongful deaths.
Will has resolved thousands of cases, providing his clients with the comfort, support, and successful results they deserve. In the past year he obtained his first million-dollar recovery on behalf of his clients that were injured as pedestrians. During his years of practice, Will has successfully recovered dozens of full policy limits on behalf of his injured clients. He has also successfully arbitrated hundreds of disputed medical insurance claims. “What makes me effective in an arbitration setting is that I approach every dispute with the same dedicated work ethic whether the claim is small or large. I also personalize each case for my client so that they feel comfortable and confident before each hearing.”
Will grew up in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English in 2005. He then enrolled at Hamline University Law School, where he graduated in 2008.
Will approaches all of his cases with passion, integrity and commitment. “I pride myself on my accessibility to my clients making sure that every call is returned and every question is answered.” Growing up as an athlete, Will says, instilled in him a competitive nature, which taught him to focus and work hard. In college these skills proved valuable as he excelled as a student and became a decorated competitive swimmer, exemplifying his ability to apply himself and succeed. At Sutor Law, he brings this skillset to the cases he takes on, ensuring that his clients receive the best representation possible.
Will is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, swimming, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
